Depending on my clients' needs, I provide legal services on both an hourly and fixed fee basis for certain tasks.
Fee Models
In case of high-value court proceedings, part of my attorney fee is determined as a specified percentage of the claim value. In case of an hourly fee arrangement, I inform my clients in advance about the time expected to complete the task.
The fee does not include my out-of-pocket expenses related to the performance of the engagement (e.g. stamp duty, title deed request, travel costs, etc.).

Except for matters covered by a fixed fee, I work at an hourly rate of HUF 40,000 + VAT. I keep an itemized record of the time spent, so the fee is transparent and verifiable. I will inform you of the expected time commitment before the engagement.

Real estate sale contract (with countersigning)

Costs and Fees
Official/court fees and procedural costs, as well as external expert costs (e.g. appraiser, forensic expert) are incurred in addition to the engagement fee.

Court Proceedings
In case of litigation, the fee is determined based on the expected complexity, time requirement and claim value of the case. Before engagement, I always provide detailed information about the expected costs.
