What data is required to form a Kft.?
Personal data of the members and the managing director, the chosen company name, the registered seat, the main and additional activities, the amount of the registered capital and the capital contributions, the method of representation, and the necessary contact details.
How much does forming a Kft. cost?
The attorney's fee for a simple Kft. formation is currently HUF 60,000–100,000 + VAT. In the case of a customised articles of association or special membership arrangements, the fee is adjusted to the complexity of the matter.
